Yes, all of our products are official and exported from South Korea. K-You puts emphasis on original products to support your idols and artists.

 

To get to know more about your order's location you can use the "Chat With Us" button to get to know more. If you have not received a shipping confirmation by us your order has not been shipped out yet. Orders with pre-ordered items will be sent out as soon as last released product arrives at our warehouse.

 

If your order has been shipped out but you have not received a tracking number then please write us an Email with your order number. We will send you your tracking number.

 

Please note that K-You is only responsible in handing over the parcel to the shipping company. If your order has been shipped out but has not arrived yet please check your tracking. DHL might require more information or has a few problems. You are free to ask us for our help, but you would need to be aware that it can take weeks for us to handle issues as such with DHL, especially if the parcel ships internationally. We would advice you to contact DHL for a faster process.

 

Sometimes we are aware that we will receive special pre-order Photocards for some of the albums. Most of the time those are Applemusic (1) Photocards but that is not guaranteed. The Photocards are official and will only be sent when the album is ordered during the pre-order period.

 

If you can not find a product you are looking for we are sadly not offering it in our shop. You can send us item wishes with this form we have prepared to let our sortiment grow by your preferences.
